VidPair (the “App”) is designed with user privacy as a top priority. All user data is processed and stored locally on the device. This policy explains how information is handled within the App.

1. Information We Collect

The App may access or handle the following information:

• Video files selected by the user from the photo/video library
• User-created content linked to videos, such as memos or snapshots
• Cache data and error logs necessary for app functionality (stored only on the device)
• In-app purchase status retrieved via Apple-provided transaction information

The App does not collect the following:

Location data, contacts, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, biometric data, or other personal information not listed above.

2. Purpose of Use

All processing is performed locally on the device. No information is sent to external servers or shared with third parties.

The collected information is used for:

• Playing selected videos side by side for comparison
• Displaying and editing memos, snapshots, and other user-created content
• Determining the status of in-app purchases, including restoring previously purchased features
• Investigating issues to improve app quality (locally stored logs only)

The App does not use your data for advertising, tracking, analytics, or profiling.

3. Storage Location and Retention

• All data handled by the App is stored on the user’s device and is never uploaded to developer servers or third parties.
